DSN6009 4A is a high-performance step-up switching current (BOOST) module.
The module uses the second generation of high-frequency switching technology XL6009E1 core chip performance compared to the first generation technology of the LM2577.
XL6009 boost module at a lower cost, superior performance, Remember the LM2577 module is about to become obsolete.

  • Built-4A efficient MOSFET switches enable efficiency up to 94%; (LM2577 current is only 3A)
  • High switching frequency - 400KHz, can use a small-capacity filter capacitors that can achieve very good results, the ripple smaller and smaller. (LM2577 frequency only 50KHz)

    We offer the following options for easy connection to your circuit:

    No headers

    The board is supplied without any connectors and you can add suitable connectors to the provided input and output pads.

    With headers - loose

    4 loose SIL header pins will be included with the board. These pins can be soldered to the input and output pads.

    With headers - soldered facing down

    SIL header pins will be soldered facing downwards - away from the components on the board. This is ideal for plugging the regulator into existing boards or into a breadboard.

    With headers - soldered facing upwards

    SIL header pins will be soldered facing upwards - the same side as the other components on the board from the components on the board. This is ideal for use with fly leads to connect the regulator to the rest of your circuit.
